House Rules & Guidelines To ensure a seamless experience for you and to maintain the quality of our retreat, please review and adhere to the following guidelines. Arrival & Departure • Check-in Time: anytime after 3:00 PM • Check-out Time: anytime before 11:00 AM • Please adhere strictly to these times to allow our cleaning team sufficient time to prepare the spa and cottage for the next guests. Spa & Wellness Area Rules (Hot Tub & Cold Plunge) • Shower First: Guests must rinse off in the shower before entering the hot tub or cold plunge to remove oils, lotions, and skin products. • Strictly No Glass or Food: Only plastic or shatterproof drinkware (provided in the kitchen) is allowed in or around the spa area. • Keep it Decent: Appropriate swimwear is required. Please keep behavior respectful and suitable for an outdoor residential setting. • Safety First: Do not operate the spa facilities while under the influence of alcohol or substances. Violation Policy & Cleaning Fee • Mandatory Water Change Fee ($250): To ensure a pristine environment for all guests, strict adherence to sanitation guidelines is required. If rules are violated—such as introducing body oils, lotions, cosmetics, food, glass, or foreign substances into the water that require it to be completely drained, sanitized, and refilled—a $250 cleaning and water change fee will be assessed to the renter. Pet Policy We are delighted to welcome your furry companions, provided the following rules are strictly followed: • Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outdoors. • Furniture & Spa: Pets are strictly prohibited from getting onto beds, sofas, or inside the hot tub and cold plunge. • Yard & Landscaping: Please keep pets away from the outdoor plants and landscaped garden beds. • Waste Removal: Guests must pick up after their pets immediately. Disposal bags are provided. Place bags in the trash bin outside. • Pet Fee: $100 per stay, 1 pet maximum. Dogs only. General Rental Guidelines • No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. Smoking outdoors is permitted; please dispose of ash and butts safely. • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor audio or loud conversation to a minimum during these hours. • Occupancy & Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior written approval is granted. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. • Trash & Recycling: Please place all trash in the designated bins located on the side of the property before checking out. • Eco-Friendly Heating/Cooling: Please close all windows and doors if running the climate control systems or the fireplace. Wonderful stay in Loveland! Cabin was located right on a peaceful walking trail and about a 50 min drive from Estes Park which allowed for easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. Cabin was clean and had wonderful amenities. We greatly enjoyed our stay!
